Building Respectful and Inclusive Workplaces e-Learning Module

To tackle the engagement drop-off typical of text-heavy corporate compliance training, I designed and developed this interactive micro-learning application using semantic HTML5, modern CSS Grid, and vanilla JavaScript. I re-engineered dense HR definitions into an intuitive, highly responsive deck of interactive flashcards featuring hardware-accelerated 3D flip animations for a tactile user experience. Moving away from standard clinical corporate aesthetics, I curated a sophisticated, earthy color palette—shifting from warm creams to rich terracottas—to visually cue the transition into deeper learning content. The result is a lightweight, zero-dependency UX solution that optimizes both accessibility and concept retention, turning mandatory training into a visually compelling, self-paced learning experience.
